Delivery Policies

Deliveries to the following areas are entitled to our free delivery program: Quezon City, La Piñas City, Cavite, Pampanga, Bataan, Olongapo City, Urdaneta City, San Fernando (La Union), and Tuguegarao (Cagayan). To check if you are covered, place your complete address on the checkout page, and refer to the delivery quotation generated by the system.

After placing an order, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm the transaction.

You will receive an email notification from our customer service once your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our store. Delivery of dispatched orders usually follows this schedule:

  • Metro Manila –five (5) business days
  • Luzon Provincial Areas – seven (7) business days
  • Visayas – seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days
  • Mindanao – seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days

To claim your order upon delivery, you will need to present to our delivery crew the following:

  • Printed copy of the order invoice
  • The customer’s Valid ID
  • A photocopy of the customer’s Valid ID

 

If you think you will not be able to receive your ordered item/s in person, you may appoint someone else to receive it for you by providing an authorization letter as a confirmation by indicating it in the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS field on the check out page. The designated receiver then must present to our delivery crew the following, to claim the ordered item/s:

  • Printed copy of the order invoice
  • Signed Authorization Letter from the customer
  • A Photocopy of the customer’s Valid ID
  • A Photocopy of the authorized receiver’s ID

 

If upon delivery you or your authorized receiver is not around to receive the item, we will send an attempted delivery notice together with the details of the unsuccessful delivery attempt via email, together with instructions on how to have your order re-delivered. Two (2) delivery attempts shall be made per invoice. If by the 2nd attempt you or your authorized receiver is still unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and refund any amount paid to us, less the shipping costs incurred to make the delivery, to your respective account.

Please note that failure to comply or provide the necessary requirements mentioned on the guidelines may warrant our delivery crew to withhold the release of your ordered item.

Savers Appliances shall not be liable for failing to deliver or for any interruption of services due to a cause beyond Savers or its 3rd Party Logistics control, including, but not limited to, force majeur, absence of the customer or designated recipient upon delivery, incomplete or incorrect address, action or omission of the public authorities or the like, public disturbances, and factors that disrupt the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions and natural disasters.
