Promo Mechanics
  1. The Promo is open to all active Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of BDO (Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club and UnionPay) and BDO-issued American Express Corporate Cards, Distribution Cards and Purchasing Cards are excluded from the Promo.
  2. The Promo will run from March 18 – May 31, 2023 in Savers Appliance stores
  3. Qualified BDO Credit Cardholders may avail of the following BUY NOW, PAY LATER offers:
    • Free GRABGIFTS for a minimum purchase of:
      • P30,000 = P1,000 GRABGIFTS
      • P50,000 = P2,000 GRABGIFTS
    • 0% interest up to 12 months term
    • Pay 3 months later for May 1 – 31, 2023 transactions
  4. The free item is not convertible to cash, discount or other item(s).
  5. To redeem the free item, BDO Credit Cardholder must present the original customer’s copy of the BDO BUY NOW, PAY LATER charge slip and the qualified sales invoice at the store’s payment counter from March 18 – May 31, 2023.
  6. Cardholders with lost/stolen or faded/unreadable BDO BUY NOW, PAY LATER charge slip will not be allowed to redeem. BDO and Savers Appliance are not obliged to recognize or replace lost or faded charge slip(s) for purposes of item(s) redemption.
  7. Redemption of free item from split transactions is not allowed.
  8. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with the store’s other promotional offers, in-store sale or discounts, privileges and VIP cards, and shall be subject to the store’s existing terms and conditions.
  9. All BDO BUY NOW, PAY LATER transactions are subject to bank approval.
  10. The entire BUY NOW, PAY LATER transaction amount shall be deducted from the Cardholder’s available credit limit.
  11. The BUY NOW, PAY LATER with PAYMENT HOLIDAY Program is effective from May 1 – 31, 2023. The monthly amortization due on this transaction, together with the monthly interest and penalty charge (if any), will be billed to the Cardholder starting on the 3rd statement cycle after the original transaction date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.

  12. BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate Cardholder’s request to accelerate the charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the BUY NOW, PAY LATER transactions, provided that the Cardholder’s total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle is paid in full. Further, a corresponding Installment Processing Fee of 5% of the total remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the Cardholder’s account. After BDO has approved the Cardholder’s acceleration, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding Installment Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle and must be paid in full.
  13. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to BDO Credit Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, BDO’s decision shall All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by BDO with concurrence to DTI.
