In the event that you would like to cancel your order, kindly contact us at orders@saversappliances.com.ph,  with your order number as the subject, so we can inform our crew not to push through with the delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

All items sold at Savers Appliances are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty, which you may avail within the stated time period and conditions.

If an item you have purchased online is defective, you may contact us at customercare@saversappliances.com.ph, and a customer service representative shall get in touch with you to facilitate.

How can I return an item or have it exchanged if there are factory defects?

Send an email to customercare@saversappliances.com.ph> with the subject line “Return “ and include the following info on the message:

  • Reason for Return: Damaged/Wrong Item
  • Image of Tape Receipt
  • Image of actual item and packaging. Include an image of the damage as well, if applicable

I changed my mind about the item I purchased. Can I return it and exchange with another item it?

Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for returning or exchanging. Our 7-day return policy is only valid for items with factory defects.
