Savers Appliances : Panasonic Home Appliance E-Raffle/Raffle Promo

This promo is open to all customers aged 18 years old and above who are currently residing in the Philippines.

Note: All employees, suppliers, and agents of Savers Electronic World, Inc and Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g. parents, children, grandparents, siblings, grandchildren, spouse, parents-in-law, daughter/son-in-law) are disqualified from joining this promo.

1. The Promotion period is from August 15 to December 15, 2023.
2. The Promo is applicable on all Savers Appliances stores nationwide.
3. A corresponding number of e-raffle tickets can be earned based on the table below (SRP Price) single-receipt purchase of Panasonic Appliances, including straight or installment transaction, at any Savers Appliances.

4. To register in the promo, the customer needs to scan the promo QR code displayed in the store counters and input the following details on the online registration page: Full name, mobile number, residence, email address, invoice number, the total purchase amount. The QR code is also attached on the customers receipts.
5. non-winning entries are still qualified for the succeeding draws.
6. A winner can only win twice, once from the Monthly draw and once from the Grand raffle draw.

• E.g., Month of August are only valid for August Draw and December Grand raffle draw.
• If the customer’s name is drawn more than once in Grand raffle draw, a prize of greater value will be awarded to him/her.

7. Raffle draw will be held at the Savers Appliances head office in 3rd Floor, Savers Mall Building, Mac Arthur Highway, Balibago, Angeles City in the presence of a DTI Representative on the of 20TH December of 2023.
8. All E-Raffle draws will be witnessed by representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Savers Appliances Representative and Panasonic Philippines.
9. Savers Appliances and Panasonic Philippines reserve the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics.
10. E-Raffle prizes are transferable but cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.
11. Prizes are transferable provided that the winner must provide a written endorsement letter together with a photocopy of their passport or a valid ID with specimen signature submitted to Savers Appliances. The nominated recipient must be able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of prize.
12. Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, and phone call. Name of winners will be posted at Savers Appliances Official Facebook Page within two (2) weeks from the draw date.
13. The schedule and location of awarding shall be agreed upon by the Savers Appliances and the winners. Awarding of winners will be documented at Savers Appliances.
14. If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative must present the necessary documents: (a) a letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the parent/ legal guardian, or representative as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winners’ behalf (b) 2 original IDs of the winner with picture (acceptable/valid IDs are SSS, TIN, Passport, Office or School ID with birth date) (c) 2 original IDs of the representative/ legal guardian.
15. Prizes not claimed after the sixty (60) day period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by Savers Appliances and Panasonic Philippines upon approval of DTI.

16. Applicable taxes for prizes exceeding PHP10,000 will be paid by the winners.
